Hey there! My name is Jestina Boone. I am a salon based licensed cosmetologist with over a decade of experience. I specialize in Microloc services and I’m located in Newport News, VA. I am currently on Maternity leave until June 2026. My books will open in May 2026. Beyond the chair. I’m also an educator dedicated to helping aspiring and seasoned beauty professionals grow. I offer hands-on training through my LocPro Bootcamp, specialty loc classes, one-on-one business coaching to support stylists in turning their skills into structured, sustainable businesses. Cancellation Policy

If running late, communication within 15 minutes of appointment time is required as appointment may or may not be honorable. There is a 75% cancellation fee for any no shows in addition to forfeiture of deposit. You may reschedule your appointment within 24 hours with me. No shows will be charged after 15 minutes and may require rescheduling. Late cancellations (24 hours before appointment) will require a new deposit to rebook.
